Kathryn joined TEST in Arusha in July 2023 on a 7-month volunteer placement through the Australian Volunteers Program. She has extensive experience in business and research management in university, government and not for profit organisations in Australia, Canada, and Tanzania. Over the past 25 years, she has developed strong skills and experience in project management, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, corporate governance, business process improvement, financial and human resources management and cross-cultural communication.

Kathryn has completed a Masters of Agribusiness (The University of Queensland, Australia), a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Queensland University of Technology), a Bachelor of Business (Queensland University of Technology) and a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TAFE Queensland).
