Programs Manager

Marco joined TEST in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tumaini University Makumira, Tanzania and has worked for several civil society and non-governmental organizations, including the Pastoral Women’s Council (PWC) and Community Research and Development Services (CORDS). He devotes his passion and experience to protecting and advancing children’s rights, women’s rights, and the land rights of indigenous communities in Tanzania. He has extensive skills and expertise in project management, communications, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning. He brings to TEST a wealth of expertise in the legal profession, especially with respect to conservation and wildlife management laws and land laws across a diverse professional spectrum. He prides himself on being a proactive, self-motivated, multi-skilled, flexible, and results-oriented person, and his work attests to this.
